well, i had a crazy nightmare last night, and wanted to know what kinds of nightmares everyone else remembers. here is mine...


i walk into this reddish orange colored room, the only thing in there is a counter that wraps all the way around, and a soda machine that dispenses soda, and chocolate milk.

There is a big gulp cup on the counter from 7-11 that is half full with chocolate milk.

i sit there and look around for a while, trying to figure out what this room is for, then decide that i am thirsty.

So i grab the cup and start to fill it up with more chocolate milk.

As soon as i do that, the wall behind me where i walked in starts closing up. I can't get out in time, and now i am trapped in the room.

The room continues to get smaller and smaller, but my GF wakes me up before it can crush me, because apparently i was making noises IRL.

Sometimes I dream about someone chase me but I cant see it only feel I am..even if I look behind me but nobody are there.. Is really annyoing dream.

I had a dream that this cat my mom had (I called it Satan) morphed into a giant and kept looking at me through the windows and hissing at me. o_o

Creepy as hell imo.

yea many have this dreams ..But I cant say my worst nighmare dream. Is no fun at all..

Yall are lucky...I don't member my dreams..I can wake up scared but forget what i was scared about

I keep getting this nightmare where I am tied to this chair in a very small dark room and the walls are closing in on me..

*hands bastet a muffin* It will be alright. You won't really die in a room where walls close on you.

i wanna know what my dream signifies... are there any dream specialists in the house?

I haven't had nightmares for awhile now but once in a while, I have sleep paralysis. That's when your body is already in or still remain in part of the REM but your brain is somewhat awake.

It's worse if I get it when I was waking up because it's dark most of the time and there's a hallucination that comes with it. It always feel like a stranger is about to enter the room, closing in inch by inch. I want to get up and scream but everything is locked up. Sometimes I get all sweaty after I'm able to get up. The hopeless feeling is frightening.

If I get it a lot before I fall asleep but there's no hallucination. And I know that if I can wiggle a finger, I can then wiggle my arm than I can slap myself to get up.

Sometimes I get 3-4 sleep paralysis before I fall asleep but usually after a day of hard work or exercise.

I can't remember my dreams =/

Altho my parents are like dream geeks. Have all these dream catchers above the beds. Has liek 1001 books on dreams etc etc.

I get that too Anh except there's always loud ringing in my ears when it happens. I try to move my hands to wake myself up too. And most of the time I do wake up.

I've had nightmares of getting shot. The bad ones actually make me wake up and have to catch my breathe. Also makes me feel relieved when I wake up.
Nightmares of my mom dying, too. Those are just simply horrible.
I don't know if this classifies as "nightmare" but I have a lot of bad dreams where I can't control the car i'm driving and the brakes don't work.
Also, I have bad dreams where I'm fighting and just can't hit the other guy hard. Again, not really a nightmare, but its not a good dream by any means.

I'm glad I'm not alone.

ages ago (when i was 11 i think) i had to have 7 teeth removed, 2 of which were still inside my gums (a 3rd set) and for a few weeks after that i had this dream where i would be eating a packet of crisps and just as i went to bite i would wake up and slam my teeth together it wasnt very nice

I don't really get nightmares anymore. Usually just weird dreams. Some cool ones too like those skydiving ones where you don't pull the chute and you just fall and fall. Not really scary, since I know I'm dreaming half the time.

The things I hate about my nightmares/bad dreams are that they are VERY realistic, not fantasy like. It's really creepy when I remember them, one time I was in the car and I remembered, sent a chill down my spine and I almost felt like crying. They are really bad.

I also have reoccuring dreams happens like once every couple of months or sometimes like a week every year, they are creepy.

Most of my dreams are bad and my parents usually hear me in their room at the other end of the house and they have to wake me up and I'm usually in a cold sweat. Not fun at all

Sometimes can dream be true ,one time I dream about a plane who fly over my house ..and next day what I see one plane fly olmost over my house..scary

9/10 of my nightmares end in a 'birthdream'. Which involves me falling down, very far.

I don't have real nightmare.
I do wake up sometimes when I dream something unpleasant is happening in a dream, but nothing serious.

for some reason my nightmare was extremely terrifying... i woke up in a cold sweat as someone above mentioned.

what made it even worse is that when i tried to scream for help in my dream, it was like my voice wasnt working, and i could only get a few squeaks out, pretty shitty.


nightmares are usually way more realistic than regular dreams which makes them more scary.

Lol i always get paranoid like that when im walking home late at night
