If anyone else in the pt had spoken up about wanting to roll on the item then i can see a clear violation of the rules but it sounds like gator, who couldn't even use the item was the only one going after it. So just to get the facts straight. A perfectly legit player was in a perfectly legit party and he got an item that he didn't need. He then decided not to have a group roll on the item and just gave the item away to another perfectly legit player who did need it and was in the same perfectly legit party. Because of this he is now banned from the legit community and more or less blacklisted.
thats what happened right. Im not missing anything am i. legit guy gives item to legit player the wrong way and gets banned and blacklisted...

im in hysterics over this cause i mean im thinking there no way the people i used to play with, used to union with, would hear that be like "yup, that legit player needs a legit ban...thats what he's got comin to him." Its really amazing that the games gotten like this and the iron grip is so tight theres no room even for giving away an item the wrong way. To a player who can use the item no less....
