well we're at sungs right now, and they're great ... but it's best if your warriors are 30+ so they can get physical fence ... we've been partying with 1 cleric, 1 bard, 2 wizards, 1 warlock, 2 warriors, 1 rogue, and we've been doing great - very few deaths, and almost everybody levels at least once in the 2-3 hours that we're out there.

everybody kept telling us to go to sungs when we were under 30, and that's just NOT a good idea, because you just don't have the skills to keep up. but yes, it is possible for somebody 26-ish to be in a sungs party (preferrably a strength character- ints tend to get 1 shotted).

We only had 2 wizards yesterday? damn i lvled 2 times lol 32->34 woot

Yeh, usually its faster krazy. =P

But anyways, I meant the ones in ravine. Don't think they are magical. O_O But idk, and poison or burn isn't a problem, good cleric and bard can take care of that easily. =)

10 = Level 33-35. Sungsungs are really good. These will be the first mobs to really do some luring grinding. Get the tank to turn on iron skin, lure 10-15 of them, and come back. Cleric, only use healing cycle when he is luring, or else you will get aggroed and slaughtered. Once hes lured them, and the wizards killed all the non-party ones, there will only be party ones left. Then, you can use other heals. Save bless for lures too. Learn well from these, you will be spending most of your grinding as this style now. Old kill 1 monster move on is over.

Yay.

About that, Iron Skin is a level 40 skill. I hope any level 40's will have already moved on. <.<

I have to agree and say that going to mobs 11 levels higher is counter productive since it will take a lot longer for the party to kill mobs. If the rest of the party is higher level then it's not a problem but when a whole party of lowbies tries to grind at orange or red mobs, it is very counter productive. You'd kill faster if you killed mobs closer to your range which would equal to more xp.

Unless a higher level wizzy joins the party, its a too slow killing by the wizzies 11 levels lower than the mob. But one higher level wizzie in the party makes the difference.

Well replace a wizzard of your level by a wizzard 30 levels higher ^^ It has nothing to do with learning how to party just the fast and immediate killing. The tanks lure and taunt, since there is a very high wizzie one of the wizzies turn to second bard, another to warlock, the cleric continues his job and here you go for fantastic xp.
And I definitely prefer levelling this way than levelling legitally as alt char on a 2nd or 3rd pc.

Thats called powerleveling if you ask me.

Wiz's can kill perfectly fine on mobs 11 lvls higher. -.- Hell, sometimes we get wiz that are 15 lvl's lower then the mobs. lolol

With 4 Wiz, a tank, a lure, a bard and a cleric, you can easily grind 11 levels higher. If everyone knows what they're doing, all the wizzies can LC without dying and cut through mobs very fast. Of course, this is an ideal party that doesn't work out all the time. But in theory, there is no problem at all grinding 11 levels higher once you're past 3x.

Key point. I'd say .... penons/mujigis is where you finally begin to be able to do the full 11 lvls with all your party members.

That's gonna really hurt the XP rate in the party.

You don't need a high level wizard to wipe your butt.
All it takes is motivation, skills, and 7 more people who can work as a team.
Nothing can stop you. You can even grind on 14 lvls higher mobs.

In my case, when I hit the penons (lv40-41) every new mob we switched to grind on a higher lvl, the lvl difference was 12-14 levels.
@ 52 we started with PEGs
@ 58 we tried Yachas/Nachals
@ 60-61 we tried Guards/Bones (and my first Yarkan encounter)
@ 63-64 we pushed our limits to Generals

You need to try and push the limits sometimes, cause this is the PvE test of your build.

Euros are tough nuts, they don't fall easily when they are packed in a group.

I prefer 3 wizs, 2 bards, 2 tankers and 1 cleric as ideal party.
The 4th wiz can be supplied by Dancing of Magic of bards, and with this formation all wizs and cleric can get buffs warrior and use LC without problem. The damage is almost the same and it's safer.
