Well, whats the % recommended? Im talking about HP not MP

it is really up to you. That, and of course, it depends upon your character build, for a pure str character, usually something around 40% for HP and 15 to 20%mp is good, while a pure int might have it up at 60%hp and 30%mp. Of course, you also need to adjust it to match the strengths of the monsters that you are fighting, against high level mobs I usually have mine at 50 to 60%, and for pvp usually higher than that.

A good way to adjust you percentage is to check out how much HP or MP the pots you are using currently heals. You wan to be sure to never "out pot" your MP or HP. For example, if your HP is 2000 and your current pot heals 600 HP totally (don't go by what it says on the pot, that number is not an accurate dispaly of how much the pot will actually heal. the number on the pot discription is about half or around a third of the actual healing power), you know that 600 is about 33% of 2000, therefore, you know that if you set your HP autopot at anything above 66%, you will be healing more than you need, and therefore "outpotting" yourself. Of course, you must also take into consideration how much damage you are being dealt. If your HP max is at 2000 and you have your HP set at 30%, it means that your HP will be 600 before your autopots kick in, if you are getting hit for 400 damage each hit from a monster, you'll most likely die from a crit hit of 800, and your pots might never get a chance to kick in.

For mp, make sure the % you set is enough to cover the move that costs the most MP you have currently. If the move for me that costs the most MP takes 340, and I have 2000 MP totally, I know that I will need to set my MP pots at above 17%, so that I will never run into MP inefficiency.

In the end, all the above are guidelines, and you need to experiment for yourself to find the right balance. Autopots are a feature to help compliment your individual playing style, and there are no solid numbers for that.
