Devil Cut Blade vs. Earth Lion Shout as a full int

I was wondering which one of those are stronger, more useful and to go for. I'm full int S/S

Devil cut, at 80 u can spam it non stop and also doesnt cost any mana, but when it comes to plvling lion shout would be better.

U can, but uses alot of mana

devil cut blade does waaay more dmg, equal to 2 lion shouts. But well the 2nd and 4th book kinda take long to cast, same time as 2 lion shouts

if you can raise both bicheon and light at same time with a small gap, go with devil cut blade. If you can only raise Light ofc go with lion shout.
